After registration, here’s what to expect:
A short intake call from one of our facilitators. (Let us know what day/time works best for you!)
Zoom links will be sent to the email provided within 24 hours of each session.
A weekly email during the program with helpful links, short homework assignments, etc.
Participation in the program is free, thanks to a generous grant from the Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia. If you would like to financially support our work, a donation link will be provided at the end of the program.
